Fullerton Fighting Way Back on Track

FULLERTON, Calif. — Rick Vanderhook isn’t one to hit the panic button, even when his Cal State Fullerton teams find themselves in a deep hole early in the season. It’s practically become a time-honored tradition for the Titans to start slow against a tough non-conference slate and then rally to a 30+ win season and an NCAA tournament berth. Usually, they take on all comers from across the nation, unafraid to travel to Texas or SEC land, potentially taking some early lumps to see what they have.
