AnalysisHOOVER, Ala. – Tennessee sophomore righthanded pitcher Chase Dollander can sure make things look easy sometimes, even against one of the nation’s more potent offensive attacks in LSU in a 5-2 win.
Sure, the Tigers didn’t have two of their better hitters in hard-hitting Jacob Berry and Cade Doughty, but there was enough firepower in the lineup to put up an 11-spot on the scoreboard against Kentucky the night before.
The Tigers were unable to replicate that type of production on Friday night, and Dollander was the reason.
