1. Rob Vaughn, Alabama — He’s a proven winner at Maryland, he played for a hard-nosed program and has all the hallmarks of a slam-dunk successful coach in the SEC. 

2. Jordan Bischel, Cincinnati — Cincy is a job where you’re going to need to think outside the box a little to compete at a high level in the Big 12. Guess what? That’s perfect for a guy like Bischel.
