OMAHA, Neb. – Day two from the 2024 Big Ten Tournament saw the second straight upset at the event – following Tuesday night’s Ohio State victory over Nebraska – as Penn State took down top-seeded Illinois in the first game played on Wednesday. The conference’s top prospect, Brody Brecht, took the mound for Iowa against Michigan and the first elimination game was played as Nebraska ended Purdue’s season.
