Ciufo shines all around in Clemson’s extra-inning victory over South Carolina
At The BallparkCOLUMBIA, S.C. — While Clemson shortstop Andrew Ciufo was speaking with the media in front of the Tigers’ dugout after Saturday’s game against rival South Carolina, the combination of the raised body temperature of a player who had just played 12 innings of baseball and the dropping air temperature made it so that there was steam coming off of his back.
And honestly, that’s as fitting an image as any for the kind of night Ciufo had.
