NEWARK, Del. — Center fielder Jordan Hutchins tracked back to catch Luke Masiuk’s fly ball for the final out of Delaware’s 5-4 win over Northeastern Friday afternoon at Bob Hannah Stadium. The Blue Hens (25-25, 8-14 CAA) locked up the series win, but their mission is not complete.
“We live for one more day! I’m not ready to give it up yet!” a parent exclaimed in the bleachers as the team high-fived and fist bumped on the field.
