Ivy League Dispatches: Penn, Harvard win inaugural conference tourney games

PHILADELPHIA — Penn third baseman Wyatt Henseler put his arm around Owen Coady, rubbing his starting pitcher’s non-throwing shoulder and patting him on the back in an effort to console the senior.

Eleven pitches into the start of what the Quakers hope to be a deep run in the inaugural Ivy League Tournament, head coach John Yurkow was walking to the mound and preparing to change pitchers.
