Takeaways: TCU-LMU/UCLA-Pepperdine
LOS ANGELES — I had a chance to catch two quality midweek games Tuesday before leaving Southern California, watching five innings of UCLA at Pepperdine and then all nine innings of No. 2 TCU’s game at West Coast Conference favorite Loyola Marymount. Plenty of good arms were on display in both games; here are some observations:
