For four decades, Mike Martin led the Seminoles to the NCAA tournament with rosters built around power hitters, plate discipline, and pitchability on the mound. And make no mistake — that formula made Martin the winningest coach in college baseball history. But FSU was never renowned for having a deep collection of power arms.
