Fall Report: Maryland

Maryland head coach Rob Vaughn has experienced success as a coach on a national level. Entering his fourth year at the helm of the program, Vaughn previously served as an assistant for five years under John Szefc, who is now with Virginia Tech. As an assistant, Vaughn saw the team advance to the Super Regional round two years in a row in 2014 and 2015 – both times losing to Virginia – while making the transition from the ACC to the Big Ten.
