Less than a year into his tenure as athletic director at Clemson, Graham Neff is ready to make a blockbuster hire for the baseball program.

The Tigers parted ways with long-time head coach Monte Lee on Tuesday. Lee spent the last seven seasons as the head man at Clemson, and guided the program to four-straight NCAA regionals to begin his tenure. However, the Tigers failed to make the NCAA tournament the last two seasons, thus the decision by Neff and Clemson to part ways with him.
