OXFORD, Miss. – Sometimes, your problem areas become strengths, and your strengths don’t come through as expected. Then again, it helps if you have multiple strengths like Florida has showcased in the early season.

This Florida team has excelled offensively, leading the SEC in many batting statistics. Florida has also had strong starting pitching. The bullpen, however, has had moments to forget.

During Saturday’s road doubleheader at Ole Miss, the offense continued to flex. However, the starting pitching wasn’t up to its normal standard, while the bullpen came through in a pair of victories, 9-7 and 12-8.
