Houston’s Cumbie Has Vintage Start
HOUSTON — Friday night was like old times for Houston lefthander Trey Cumbie.
Last season, the Cougars junior lefthander was one of the nation’s most consistent starting pitchers, and earned high praise at season’s end because of it.
This season hasn’t been as predictable for the UH veteran, as his starts have been a mixed bag of results.
