I have been attending college baseball games on a regular basis since the ’60s and have been to 26 CWS and plan to be back there again this year….That’s not bragging…it’s just setting the stage for my next statement.

Tanner Allen, Mississippi State OF, is the most complete player I’ve had the honor to witness… and I’ve seen a bunch of great ones…some with more natural talent. He has the heart of a lion and he gives 100 percent on every play. He’s batting .390, a clutch hitter, hits for power and runs the bases like a gazelle…

Just wanted to give praise…where praise is due.
