Vanderbilt’s Jeren Kendall takes great pride in being a little different than everyone else.
One of my hobbies before the season begins is to peruse random biographies of players to see what interesting tidbits can be discovered about each player. Kendall’s biography stood out amongst some others, listing former D1Baseball.com Player of the Year Dansby Swanson as the person most likely to play him in a movie, while also listing “different” as the best way to describe himself.
