John Anderson retires after long, successful run at Minnesota

EVANSTON, Ill. – Minnesota governor Tim Walz declared last Saturday “John Anderson Day” as part of Minnesota’s final homestand of the 2024 season. It was Anderson’s second to last game at Siebert Field, a stadium and overall facility that he worked tirelessly to become a reality, and his players responded in kind, exploding in a 21-3 win against Michigan State.
