As the regular season ends and we head toward the conference tournament week in these Western states, we did have some good news emerge in the last few days. Though it didn’t seem possible the last few weeks, it now appears that the West will actually get two home Regional sites after all. Stanford is solid, now ranking at No. 3 in the D1 Baseball rankings. despite their RPI being down at No. 11. But now we also have the Oregon State Beavers creeping up to No. 10 in the D1 rankings.
