ColumnsThere is a little bit of good and a little bit of bad to this week’s West Rankings. As usual, the Oregon State Beavers are setting the trend for all Occidentals to follow with their No. 5 national ranking in the human polls. But also, Arizona joined Oregon and UC Irvine as members of the Top 25 this week, so there have been some raised eyebrows in that department.
But the even more exciting part is how quickly and how suddenly teams like Arizona and San Diego have made a big rise in the not-so-West-Coast-friendly RPI rankings. As of press time[…]
