Something is insane is going to happen this weekend, like Canisius keying up Missouri State for 14 runs in a regional opener, or LSU bombing out. It happens every year, and part of the allure of tournament baseball is that it’s always surprising. So while we know that not all of the top seeds are going to advance to the super regionals, it’s something of a sucker’s bet to try to single out which ones are going to trip over their own feet or fail to get a key bounce.
