In television there is something called “Sweeps Week” where TV networks set their advertising rates based upon viewership. So obviously this is always the week where the networks amp up their schedules with the best programming of the year in order to pull in the most viewers.

In college baseball, apparently “Sweeps Week” happened this weekend.
