I’m Going to Miss Coach Evans

Longtime Gonzaga assistant coach Danny Evans passed away last Saturday. He had battled cancer over the last year, and he is gone too soon. Evans was 41 years old, and he is survived by his wife Kelli and their children Graham and Quinn.

Danny Evans was a staple of Gonzaga baseball. He spent all 19 years of his adult life in Spokane. His passing caused me to reflect on the Zags baseball program.[…]
