Imagine you’re Evansville head coach Wes Carroll, who knows he’s got the potential to have a really good team, but limped out to a 3-10 start. After they marked their 10th loss against Belmont in the midweek, Carroll and his Purple Aces were going down to play at No. 18 Tulane, a team glistening with national hype and fresh off winning two of three games against the national champion Mississippi State Bulldogs.
