COLUMBIA, S.C. — As he heads into his fourth season as head coach at South Carolina, Mark Kingston has a different air about him than he did heading into his previous three. Gone is the sense of “cautious optimism” that pervaded Kingston’s comments in past years. In its place is blunt confidence, without the qualifiers.
