2023 Fall Report: Clemson

CONWAY, S.C. — One of the goals coaches most often have for fall exhibition games is stress testing a team against a similarly-talented opponent. And with games on the road, that test only becomes more difficult. 

No one this fall should know that as well as Clemson, which played its two fall games on back-to-back days on the road against Coastal Carolina and East Carolina. 

The game against Coastal featured some sloppiness for the Tigers, but head coach Erik Bakich lauded his team for the resiliency they showed in bouncing back against ECU and playing much cleaner baseball.
