Fall WorkoutsMitch Thompson is already living the dream at Baylor.
Thompson spent the last nine seasons at the head coach at McLennan, and while there, he won a national title at the junior college level back in 2021. But before his stint at McLennan, he was a scout for the Royals organization, and he is best known for his ultra-successful stint as an assistant coach at Baylor during the Steve Smith era — 18 seasons to be exact.
