Patrick Bailey, C, North Carolina State, 2020– Switch hitting, athletic catcher with above average arm strength, a quick release, plus accuracy and consistent 1.9-1.95 POP times. Threw out three of seven base runners attempting to steal during the Trials. Good game awareness. Quiet setup. Blocks well and works hard behind the dish, especially with runners on base.
