2024 pitchLogic Heat Sheet: Weeks 12 & 13

Two more weeks and two more Hurlers of Heat have made our list. Jay Dill (Troy) touched 98 in Week 12 while fresh-armed lefty Pierce Coppola (Florida) touched 97 in his Week 13 start against Kentucky. The Gators also had a trio of hot arms touch 96 in relief against the Wildcats with Jake Clemente, Brandon Neely and Luke McNeillie all tickling the flames.

However, 96 is just not enough for the Heat Sheet any longer. The minimum bolt to qualify for the Heat Sheet is 97 mph and with two additional smoke-throwers, the Heat Sheet now totals 50.
