Chatham battled attrition all summer between the mid-summer draft, Team USA and injuries, leading to a record 53 players appearing in games for the Anglers this summer. That made it impossible to sustain any continuity, and Chatham struggled to a 16-19 record, finishing fourth in the East Division. But the Anglers still had plenty of high-end talent on display for the large crowds in Chatham this summer. With Tom Holliday serving as manager, Chatham naturally got plenty of talent from Oklahoma State, where Tom’s son Josh is head coach.
