Prospect Rundown: California Coll. League

COMPTON, Calif. — The California Collegiate League held its 2015 All-Star Game and prospect showcase workouts Wednesday at the MLB Urban Youth Academy on the campus of El Camino College. The game provided dramatics and excitement as five home runs were hit with the North squad winning on a walk-off three run homer from New Mexico State junior signee Tommy Bell.

Bell, who is playing with the Menlo Park Legends this summer, said he has been working with the Legends’ coaching staff this summer to widen his batting stance and crouch more to try to unlock some more pop in his bat.
