Undefeated Georgia Tech was one of two ACC teams that entered the Top 25 this week, while the top dozen teams remained the same after strong weeks.

The top 12 teams remained the same in the D1Baseball Top 25 rankings after going a combined 47-4 in last week’s games. Florida remained No. 1 after sweeping a midweek series against UCF and a home weekend series against Dartmouth.

Other highlights in the top dozen included No. 2 Vanderbilt’s road series win at Stanford; No. 8 NC State’s 5-0 week that included quality wins against UNC Wilmington and Alabama; No. 9 Oregon’s series win against a hot UC Santa Barbara club; and No. 12 Cal’s four-game series sweep on the road against Texas.

The biggest climber this week was Ole Miss, which jumped four spots to No. 13 after a 4-0 week that included a win against Coastal Carolina. The Chanticleers fell from No. 18 out of the rankings after a 2-3 week that dropped them to 6-5 overall. Southern California also dropped out of the Top 25 after a losing weekend at the Dodger Stadium Classic, the second losing weekend in the first three weeks for the Trojans.

Georgia Tech joined made its Top 25 debut after a 4-0 week that improved the Yellow Jackets to 11-0 on the season. The Jackets entered the rankings at No. 21, and Clemson jumped into the Top 25 right behind them at No. 22 after taking two of three from rival South Carolina. The Gamecocks fell four spots to No. 17.
