Tennessee remains No. 1 in the D1Baseball Top 25 rankings heading into the NCAA tournament, where the Vols are the No. 1 national seed. Fellow top-eight national seeds Kentucky, Clemson, Texas A&M, Arkansas, North Carolina and Florida State maintain spots in the top 10 of the rankings, which saw only minor shuffling after conference tournament action.
This week’s biggest climbers are Duke (up five spots to No. 12 after a 4-0 run to the ACC title), Arizona and Oklahoma State (up three spots apiece after winning the Pac-12 and Big 12 tournies, respectively).
Two teams enter the rankings this week: red-hot LSU returns at No. 24, and Dallas Baptist is back at No. 25.
D1Baseball editors and national writers determine the Top 25 rankings. Records are through the games of March 26. The next Top 25 will be our final release upon the conclusion of the College World Series.
