2020 Summit League Preview: ORU Back To Business

Season Preview

The Summit League used to be called the Oral Roberts League for good reason. The Golden Eagles have dominated the Summit on the diamond, making the NCAA tournament as the league’s automatic bid in 19 of the last 22 seasons. Two of those seasons were when ORU was in the Southland Conference for a short time. The other? Last season, as Omaha had a magical campaign and earned the league’s auto bid. ORU is slated to get back to business and make the tourney in 2020, but don’t sleep on Omaha and South Dakota State, among others.
