Dave Van Horn looks for Parker Coil to take a step after strong summer
SEC ExtraParker Coil, then a freshman lefthander for Arkansas, got put in some situations last year that, frankly, he probably wasn’t really ready for.
After being used exclusively in non-conference games all the way through to the end of April, and with injuries piling up on the Razorbacks’ pitching staff, Coil first appeared in an SEC game on April 29 against Texas A&M.
