The midseason mark in SEC play is here. Five weeks down, five weeks to go. To celebrate, Joe Healy and Mark Etheridge of SEC Extra put together their respective midseason all-SEC teams, with a twist. 

Instead of putting teams together based strictly on performance thus far, they put together rosters as if they were actually building teams that would compete against each other and did so draft-style. 

Below is how the draft shook out, with the thought process behind each pick included. Additionally, we put together projected batting orders based on our selections.
