Here are some quick takeaways from the last Friday before SEC play gets going next weekend. 

Dylan Carter Comes Through for Arkansas

With Koty Frank and Brady Tygart on the shelf—Frank for the season and Tygart for at least another five weeks or so—the Arkansas bullpen is looking for others to step into big roles, and righthander Dylan Carter did so on Friday in a 7-4 win over Louisiana Tech.
