The SEC is tough enough without food poisoning
SEC ExtraTROY, Ala — You are in the Carnegie Hall of college baseball but can’t enjoy it.
Alabama’s baseball team was fired up to play in Dudy Noble Field, considered by many (raises hand) to be the greatest college ballpark in all the land.
Instead, many players missed out on the grand opportunity as food poisoning started Friday morning and permeated the Crimson Tide roster throughout the weekend.
Many of us have been there. Sick as dogs, unable to perform basic functions like standing upright and keeping food down.
