First-inning offensive ambush leads Tennessee to victory over Kentucky

LEXINGTON, Ky. — Tennessee clearly didn’t like being upstaged Friday night, when a record crowd at Kentucky Proud Park willed the home team to a late come-from-behind win. The Volunteers were going to make sure it didn’t happen again Saturday afternoon. 

To start the game, the first seven batters reached, staking the Vols to a 5-0 lead in the blink of an eye along the way, and these weren’t cheap hits or lucky breaks.
