MEQUON, Wis. – It’s hard to miss Jayson Jones when he steps on a baseball field. He looks every bit of his listed 6-foot-2, 225-pound stature and not surprisingly he was one of the top prospects that went undrafted coming out of high school a year ago. A talented infielder from Savannah, Texas, Jones participated in numerous all-star events heading into his senior year and was a top 10-ranked player in the nation at one point in time according to Prep Baseball Report.
