Northwoods Showcase: Who Were The Top Hitters?
Summer BaseballLA CROSSE, Wis. – I recently attended the Northwoods League’s Major League Dreams Showcase, a collection of the league’s top prospects as voted on by the scouts that cover the area. Several years ago, the NWL split their annual All-Star Game and player showcase into two different events to get their top performers and top prospects more exposure.
Our analysis includes hitters from Vanderbilt, Northern Illinois, Hawaii, Georgia Tech, St. Thomas, CSUN, North Carolina, Iowa, Ole Miss, Nebraska, Georgia, Stanford, Xavier, Alabama, Indiana State, Minnesota, Utah, Kansas, Cal State Fullerton and Notre Dame.
