OMAHA — All season long, Texas A&M has shown a knack for grinding out wins in long, ugly slogs like this. But over the course of nearly four hours in the Omaha heat on Friday afternoon, Oklahoma beat the Aggies at their own game — working deep counts, taking advantage of free bases, and wearing down its opponent in a 13-8 victory at the College World Series.
