This time I’m talking a little about recruiting philosophies and how it impacts the success of a team. Recruiting the top talent in the country is a luxury and can translate to huge success (Hello Vanderbilt). But as I have found out from a head coach and an assistant coach I’ve talked to already this year, having the top flight talents come to your campus can also be a double-edged sword.
