SEC ExtraGAINESVILLE, Fla— Last fall in Jacksonville, I saw Florida two-way star Jac Caglianone throw 99 mph in an exhibition game versus Georgia. But it wasn’t just the velocity. The pitcher, known for his control struggles last season, threw ten strikes in 14 pitches.
Sunday versus Texas A&M. Caglianone walked five, including four in the first three innings.
