SEC ExtraThe SEC went 9-1 in midweek games this week, one of the better weeks all year. Only Arkansas lost, and it came in extra innings.
Arkansas was pretty much out of pitching, so the worst thing they could have was an 11-inning midweek game. The Razorbacks lost 8-6 to Lipscomb in a game played in North Little Rock. Faced with limited pitching numbers, the Hogs had a couple of pitchers fail to record an out and used every available arm on the roster – not including weekend starters Hunter Hollan and Brady Tygart.
