Could the Southeastern Conference tournament be approaching its final season at Hoover Metropolitan Stadium, at least for a while?

That could very well be the case, as SEC officials have spent the past few weeks visiting various sites bidding for the well-attended tournament. Those cities include Memphis, Nashville, New Orleans (Metairie) and in somewhat surprising fashion, Jacksonville, Fla., as well.
