DURHAM, N.C. — A year ago, the most memorable game of the ACC tournament was the primetime showdown between Miami and NC State, when Preston Palmeiro won it with a walk-off “Little League home run.” And this year’s rematch between the Hurricanes and Wolfpack stands a good chance of going down as the highlight of the 2016 ACC tourney.
