At The BallparkROUND ROCK, Texas — College baseball is always full of surprises, and Washington State could be one of those teams that surpasses expectations in Nathan Choate’s first season.
The Cougars finished last season just shy of 30 wins. And after having another decent season, former head coach Brian Green bolted to join forces with Wichita State. Insert Choate, who not only inherited a program without a home after the collapse of the Pac-12 Conference, but who also inherited a team picked to finish dead last in the Pac-12.
