2025 MLB Draft: College Top 100 Prospects
ProspectsOn Monday we released the expanded rankings of the Top 200 college prospects for the 2024 MLB Draft. Today, although it’s 17 months from now and much will change, we focus on the cream of the 2025 draft-eligible college crop.
Two SEC performers lead the way at the top with power-hitting outfielders Jace LaViolette (Texas A&M) and Ethan Petry (South Carolina). The 6-foot-6, 230-pound left-handed hitting LaViolette slugged 21 home runs for the Aggies last season, while the 6-foot-4, 235-pound Petry did even more damage with 23 round-trippers from the right side for the Gamecocks.
