SEC Midweek Game Primer – March 21-22

With SEC play underway, midweek games take on a different meaning. At this point, midweek games become a chance to get younger players who maybe aren’t quite ready for SEC competition some playing time, an opportunity to get players who struggled over the weekend back on the field quickly and a chance in some cases to get a bit of a breather out of the cauldron of the SEC. 

But they still count toward a team’s overall resume, though, so they can’t be overlooked and there are also some chances along the way to score resume-building wins in the midweek.
