Florida returns to big stage in 2023, has potential for more in 2024

OMAHA — Florida came up just short of a national title this season, losing the deciding third game of the Men’s College World Series finals to LSU by an 18-4 score. 

After Florida took a 2-0 lead in the first inning on a Wyatt Langford two-run home run, Langford’s third homer in Omaha, LSU grabbed control of the game and never looked back.
