Fitt: Takeaways From Michigan-MSU
ANN ARBOR — A couple things are pretty clear after watching Michigan and Michigan State go at it for three days in a critically important rivalry series. First, these two teams are about as evenly matched as they could be. Entering Sunday, they had identical 29-11 overall records, and they were separated by just a half-game in the Big Ten standings (and they still are, but now MSU is ahead). Second, they are both good. These are regional-caliber clubs with a chance to make some noise in the postseason.
